Chix Mission

Chix in Training started as a collaboration between Rebekah Hopkins and Tish Gulick. The Chix mission is to inspire clients of all ages to pursue their fitness potential in the categories of mind, body and spirit. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the group. Elements that are included are weight management, fitness assessments and goal setting, along with customized training plans.

Christian (Fitness) Values

The Chix unique take on Physical Fitness starts with implementing biblical principles, transforming the body by renewing the mind. By focusing on the Word, we build our believing not only in our physical training, but also in many other categories of living.

Chix in Training serves

3 Tips From The Chix

1. Start Now - Don’t wait! Begin your fitness journey today. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as it’s positive and it moves you forward.

2.
Food Matters - Write it down. You don’t have to be perfect, just faithful. Food journaling is a journey in and of itself. Start by writing down what you eat, and you will find yourself making better choices as a result.

3.
Surround yourself with support. Take advantage of your workplace, family, church. Build support right where you are now!
