Cardio Circuit

Join us to mix things up in your cardio fitness. We incorporate a combination of interesting and fun equipment to get you a fantastic cardio workout! Modification given ~ All fitness levels welcome.


Chix Boxing class consists of boxing fundamentals, techniques and combinations to sculpt your arms, work your core and increase cardiovascular endurance.
Don't worry, no punches thrown at anyone, just the bag!

Yickboxing class is a fun Ying and Yang that melds an intense cardio blast from Kickboxing combined with the discipline and balance of Yoga. Kick, punch, sweat, balance and flow your way through this unique fitness fusion.

Full Body Tabata

This fun intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up for short periods of time. ... 20 seconds of full body moves with 10 seconds of rest. Time flies and sweat rolls! 


This choreographed full body workout is designed to target your hips, thighs and glutes, while enhancing your cardio conditioning!

Guns & Guts

With summer just around the corner, now is a great time to put focus on our Guts & Guns!
We will incorporate high repetition weight movements to reshape your arms and a variety of abdominal moves strengthen and sculpt your abs and back!
