Barbell Chix classes meet twice weekly at 4:45AM on Thursdays & 4:30PM on Sundays at PhaseLine Strength and Conditioning in west Champaign. Classes run for five weeks at a time, with a short break between sessions. Each session has limited spots for intermediate, novice, and beginner barbell levels. Current class members have first dibs on upcoming class spots, but there are generally at least 1-2 spots open.
