I am a 34-year-old mother of 2 and work full time. I started Chix in Training November 2018 and have lost 32 pounds to date. I would make excuses “I don’t have time” or “I am too busy”. I used my kids as an excuse instead of the REASON. Setting that alarm at 4AM for the first time was hard but, I am so happy I did it. The combination of Bootcamp and eating healthier whole foods I slowly started to see the pounds drop. I have gained my inner confidence back. I am being the mom I always envisioned while playing at the park, running the bases, playing catch, and chasing my kids around the yard.

Yes, some morning I want to hit the dismiss button on the alarm but, I know Tish and Rebekah along with my fellow Chix are going to check up on me. The camaraderie of the group is one of the biggest motivators. When camp is over, I leave with the satisfaction of a great workout and a smile. What a great start to your day, right!

So, thank you for the encouragement from Tish, Rebekah and fellow Chix I enjoy working out again. I don’t cringe when that 4AM alarm goes off. I am excited to start my day 😊
