The Chix unique take on Physical Fitness starts with implementing biblical principles, transforming the body by renewing the mind. By focusing on the Word, we build our believing not only in our physical training, but also in many other categories of living.

Chix Mission

Chix in Training started as a collaboration between Rebekah Hopkins and Tish Gulick. The Chix mission is to inspire clients of all ages to pursue their fitness potential in the categories of mind, body and spirit. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the group. Elements that are included are weight management, fitness assessments and goal setting, along with customized training plans.

Chix in Training serves

Central Illinois including Champaign, Urbana, Villa Grove and surrounding areas. We offer Christian Yoga, Inspirational Boot Camps, Corporate Camps and resources to help you reach your fitness goals.
