Chix Bootcamps are tailored to help you pursue an increased fitness level by incorporating the mind, body and spirit. Each Camp is conducted by a team of personal trainers who want to help you reach your personal goals. Some of the elements that are included in our camps are:

Fitness Assessment, BMI and Body Fat Analysis, Measurements, Before and After Photos, Weekly Weigh-ins, Inspirational thought or Scripture, Food Journaling, and of course one intense workout!
