The workouts will be sent out ahead of time so you can plan and prepare for the week. You will receive 3 workouts for the week. You are welcome to structure it like our traditional boot camp sessions or if you prefer, you can repeat them multiple times throughout the week. You will complete your workout and post on our private page when you're done!
