Run Chix Run


Chix in Training is of the belief that 3 quality runs will get you to the start line well trained, well rested, and injury free. Tish and Rebekah have trained for 6 marathons, 30 half marathons, and over 150 5k’s collectively, using the philosophy of Less is More. Getting from the start line to a strong finish, along with a healthy, well planned recovery is key!

With busy schedules and the understanding that cross training is a must for overall health and wellness, we have used this in 3 day running plan on our off days in our Chix Sessions. No need for junk mileage! This allows flexibility to any runner’s schedule and keeps our Chix strong for all of their God given tasks.

We are excited to share with you the training plans that we have put together over many years of training for our own races. We have adapted these plans for a variety of fitness levels. The Chix in our Run Chix Groups and even Chix around the globe have had much success in using them to train safely and effectively.


We gladly share with you, at no cost, a 5k, 10k, and half marathon plans to suit your needs for your upcoming race.

We encourage you to listen to your body, rest when needed, hydrate always!
